THE PLANNING OF THE CAMP

In the basic week, the training sessions will include specific training of all the fundamentals in the morning, while in the afternoon the same thing will be done but in the game

the pro week, in the morning the specificity of roles and fundamentals will be trained individually, plus weight strengthening work. in the afternoon, the phases of the game will be used to develop the evolution of one's role

At the end of the week, we will have video support and training streaming, to check your progress.
