Exonerating the companies from any liability deriving from the failure to communicate one of the information requested above.

He also undertakes to pay the balance of the amount (€580/650) in the following ways:
- €100 as a down payment, at the time of registration
- €480 to be paid by 15/06/2023 for the Basic package
- €550 to be paid by 15/06/2023 for the Pro package

The rate also includes:
- Full board in a 3-star hotel
- Sports insurance
- Sports kit including: T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Shorts, Sports Bag, Water Bottle
- Lunch on arrival and breakfast on return
- Entertainment
- Adventure Park

- Workouts and Video Analysis

Transport not included, in case of reaching quota, possibility to organize round trip.

By booking Volley Camp Academy, you consent to the processing of data using manual and computerized tools with logic strictly related to the statutory purposes and to photographic shooting during company activities and competitions, the images of which will be used for educational-documentary purposes and for dissemination purposes through articles of press, social networks and the world wide web. By booking the Volley Camp Academy you declare that:
· the athlete is free from pathologies contraindicated for the sport of volleyball and for this purpose provides the relative medical certificate of competitive fitness;
· Any allergies, intolerances, pathologies and treatments in progress have been appropriately reported
· That the medical certificate and any other required document are valid, relieving SSD INTENT SPORT from any medical or other liability;
The reservation commits to:
· Observe the regulations of the Italian volleyball federation;
· Observe the social statute and the regulation of SSD INTENT SPORT;
· To provide for the timely payment of the agreed fee within the agreed deadlines
· If required by the relevant regulations, to carry out swabs / serological tests in order to take advantage of the experience
Refunds:
In the event of illness one week before departure, the full amount will be refunded if demonstrated by appropriate medical certification.
There are no refunds for non-participation for reasons other than those indicated above, with the exception of special cases subject to evaluation by the administrative body of Volley Camp Academy. The The € 100.00 deposit is non-refundable.
